For complex or major schemes, we ensure Statements explain the influences that have shaped the scheme with a full justification of why it is submitted as proposed.  We ensure that such documents effectively demonstrate the lack of impact on existing amenity considerations and placate concerns about a scheme’s possible prejudice to the future development of adjoining land.
