We are effective in securing the best forum for an appeal, whether by written representations, a hearing or inquiry. We prepare effective grounds of appeal and Statements of Case.  We ensure that not only are all relevant issues fully addressed, but that we do so in as convincing and persuasive a manner as possible.

We regularly act as an expert witness dealing with a broad range of issues arising from either the refusal of permission or where the Secretary of State has called the proposal in for his own determination.  Some are particularly complex cases where a detailed, forensic approach to preparation is essential, others involve controversial proposals where the effective presentation of evidence (in chief) and its robust defence (in cross examination) are also called for.
