Royal Mail sought planning permission to convert a disused sorting office into a superstore. The application was submitted by Royal Mail’s consultant, and we shadowed its negotiations with the Council. Our role was to protect our client’s interests whilst helping the lead consultant to overcome any planning concerns.

​We produced evidence with respect to the proposal’s impact on a nearby district centre, which ultimately helped to secure planning permission.
