We produce persuasive representations to emerging planning policy including site proposals and allocations on the basis of a thorough critical review of the Council’s evidence base, the application of national policy and local merits.

We will also seek to persuade officers to recommend specific policy approaches at earlier, formative, stages of plan preparation (ie. before material is subject to public consultation) and later outside subsequent formal consultation periods. If it remains necessary for us to appear at the Plan’s Examination, our experience, expertise and the evidence we bring, provides a strong basis to persuade its Inspector.
