Each Housing Supply Assessment is bespoke, concentrating on how the client’s aspirations can be accommodated in the context of prevailing policy and local issues.
We critically analyse the Council’s performance against policy and review their Strategic Housing Land Availability and Strategic Housing Market Assessments to identify the correct local housing land supply position. We have a track record in demonstrating a much lesser supply figure (often less than the important five year benchmark) compared with the Council’s published position. This can have a significant influence on decision making.
