We advised on external alterations to this Belgravia home including justifying a full height rear extension to enclose a new lift. We also advised on the rebuilding and incorporation of the rear mews building into the main dwelling house. This also involved advising on its new basement. Planning permission and Listed Building consent were granted following an effective debate with officers.
