Alex joined the business as a Director in April 2021. He has gained extensive experience in all aspects of town planning over more than 15 years advising on complex residential, commercial and mixed-use development within London and the South East. He now advises a wide range of clients with much of his time spent securing planning permission for residential, office, hotel, care home and Green Belt schemes. He has expertise in strategic land and promoting residential and employment sites through the Local Plan process. He has also assisted several private clients on controversial issues relating to the redevelopment of, or extensions to, listed buildings and unlisted buildings of merit within Conservation Areas.
